A new auxiliary unit has been developed to support your technical team in evaluations regarding the excellence of your wheels.

Small, reliable and precise, the MDM RO 115/400 unit is designed to control a possible runout of your abrasive discs during the rotation.

The operator simply chooses the diameter of the abrasive wheel to be tested (from 115 up to 400 mm) and sets the machine.

Once the disc is fixed over a spindle, the cycle starts and the wheel rotates on its axis.

By doing so, it is possible to generate a graph of the various readings based on the wheel’s rotation and to know also in which areas eventual discrepancies are detected.

A small PLC drives the entire system.
