It’s with sincere pride, dear Customers and Friends, that we illustrate you today our latest upgrade developed by our internal R&D office.
Today we are in the realm of ceramic and vitrified wheel manufacturing.
Since many years solid and reliable lathes are present inside the range of machinery related this field.These guarantee a perfect mix of output precision, process control, and fast works. The best for Companies looking for quality.

Years of experience and top-level technical knowledge have led us first to study and then to apply a software upgrade capable of shaping grinding gear abrasive wheels with maximum precision. These particular wheel shapes, which are increasingly becoming a cornerstone of the market, can be practically handled by our machine. The goal achieved has been to define, with centesimal precision, the “alpha” angle and the “E” dimension of the bottom wall of the thread (see reference picture below).

 

Naturally, this implementation must be properly joined with a special tool in charge of fining the abrasive wheel, along with some specific mechanical features own by the lathe machine itself… but the target is hit! This new technological achievement will surely contribute to optimizing your working process while keeping high standards in terms of quality, reliability, and speed… our duties!
