The “MINI-HUB”: a new concept to support your coated abrasive production plans!

Do you need to prove the reliability and the quality of your abrasive cloth or paper?

And at the same time to create a small jumbo for this aim or, why not, to produce little batches of product?

Here at Davide Maternini, from today we are able to support you in this innovative target because of our latest news in the field of machines for coated abrasive world indeed. We have created it! The MINI-HUB!

Concretely we are talking about a combo-machine made up of a MINI-maker plus a MINI-flexing machine as well.

It will be possible now to create samples up to a maximum width of 400 mm.

First step of the process is given by the creation of a roll through the MINI-maker while keeping as much as possible the same conditions of a full production maker.

Thanks its maker group, its oven and its final winding group, you will obtain a well-made MINI abrasive jumbo ideal to look at the quality. Following step foresees its flexing.

That’s the purpose of the MINI-flexing machine. It includes two flat flexing bars stations and two spiral flexing bar stations.

The final result is a perfect abrasive roller, certainly compatible and comparable in terms of quality to the larger ones available on the market.

Ideal as a laboratory machine or, as mentioned, for small-quantity production, the MINI-HUB is something new, useful, and aimed at high quality.
