This is what you were looking for…. a Laboratory Mixer Machine!

Dear Friends, we are delighted to announce a new “baby” entering today into the range of machineries entirely dedicated to testing units.

We speak about a laboratory mixing machine with highest capacity by 30 kg: it’s named MDM 490 LAB 30.

Compact in its dimensions, smart in functionality and extremely intuitive to use, this machine is perfect to evaluate experimental formulations or even to set small sampling batches.

That’s a single-bowl machine and inside of it four blades plus a scraping one work exactly under same conditions as a standard MDM mixer, but proportioned to obtain smaller amounts of mixture.

Once the ingredients are loaded inside the bowl, the operator sets the automatic cycle and the game is done!

It’s possible to define the needed speed of the blades as well as the speed of the bowl.

At the end of the cycle, the operator has to remove a plug from the bottom of the bowl; the mixture is discharged from there and collected inside a box.

No hydraulic or pneumatic components are installed. Simply…. a 100% electrical device!

No noises, eco-friendly due to application of high-efficiency motors, and with maintenance costs practically equal to zero!
