New price list for hard metal rings and pins

ion of the new year 2017, Davide Maternini SPA is pleased to announce the launch of a new price list for hard metal rings and pins.
Available dimensions are several, starting from ø 100 mm (4 inches) to ø 230 mm (9 inches).
Bigger diameters are available, as well, on customers’ requests.
Hard metal rings can be manufactured both on MDM drawings (suitable for MDM press machines) and on Customer’s drawing.
Rings are exclusively manufactured in our headquarters, only using Italian raw material: both these features guarantee reliability and high quality of the product.
The most valuable differences, which can be compared to the past, may be noticed on the new and innovative productive process which permits a sensible reduction of production time in comparison with the past.
Maternini gives to the customers the possibility to place orders and schedule delivery time along the year.

LATEST TECHNICAL UPGRADES OF OUR LATHE FINISHING MACHINE
/in News/da Davide MaterniniDavide Maternini S.p.A. is proud to announce the introduction of two technical innovations able to improve the quality performance of our finishing CNC machine series.
First of all, the automatic tools changing unit which is composed by a mechanical storage holding up twelve different shaping heads in different form and dimension. All this range of options permits the operator to obtain hundreds of different wheels configuration: from the “easiest” and most common shapes up to the most refined. Of course, the machine keeps free the owner to find new solutions following market requirements.
The second news is about a mechanical modification which allows the installation of a special tool able to create grinding gear wheels. In this field, the workable diameters are multiple in order to cover all the requests coming from the end user…and maintaining the “easy-use” accessibility which is one of the best features of this machine.
Despite these new innovations the main technical features of our lathe machines remain: workable diameters from 300 up to 1200 mm, possibility to shape external/internal edges and surfaces, work packs of wheels and much more!
New available machine: MDM 2×40 T-CUP/WH-EL

interested in it.
This new press model is specially designed for the production of conical and cylindrical cup wheels, both ceramic and resinoid. Mixture can be manually and automatically loaded and transported to the mould.
The machine is made of a two columns structure, complete with three mobile traverses able to produce a high-quality product with:
– Max diameter: 150mm
– Max ring-height: 200mm
Different dimensions can be requested according to the customer needs.
Rapid cycle time is one of the most relevant feature. The machine is equipped with safety devices for the operator, both in the back and front part of the press.

Projected and developed by Maternini Engineering team, manufactured in its premises, this new machine intends to run towards the latest productive and technological needs of abrasive wheels’ Producers. Secret of this machine is the capacity to weigh the selected quantity of necessary mix, fill the cavity and level the mixture inside the mould through a dedicated operation. Thanks to this innovative level of technology we can guarantee the achievement of the best result in terms of balancing of discs and a visual excellence which gives the feeling to obtain a top level tool.
Machine is designed in multi stations with possibility of having up to 3 layers of mix, 3 loads of fiber-glasses, top/bottom labels and bushing.
This configuration keeps the machine universal because able to produce many and many typology of discs, cut-off or grinding wheels, with a wide range of available thickness.
As optional, Customer can decide to add the “shaping table”: this device permits the central deformation of wheels, one by one, so to reach an optimal effect for your depressed-centered discs. As usual, many different ways for stacking of wheels together with aluminum plates or teflon supports can be created to meet Producer’s aim.

/in News/da Davide MaterniniA Sales Delegation from Davide Maternini S.p.A. has participated to the CHINA ZHENGZHOU INTERNATIONAL ABRASIVE & GRINDING EXPOSITION held in Zhengzhou from November 13th to 15th 2015. This fair, that takes place every two years, has become one of the most important reference events in the market of abrasive products: many areas are involved in this field from resin bonded industry, up to coated equipment or vitrified/ceramic world.
Davide Maternini S.p.A., present there as expositors with his own booth, had the opportunity to continue his action into the Chinese internal scenario. Many contacts and new deals started in order to spread and weld Maternini marketing action in the whole oriental geographical area.
