We have available (please see its corresponding layout here) a fully automatic rotary press available for immediate delivery.

It is in stock here at our factory and it can be inspected together if you wish.

This press is in perfect shape, fully operative and without the slightest technical problem.

 

Below are the key features of this machine:

Power: 200 tons.

Mounted moulds: 115 and 125 mm in double-cavity configuration.

Able to form only single mix layer cutting discs with volumetric technology (with shuttle box).

Also complete with an automatic stacker to pile wheels/plates/Teflon in-line after the pressing phase.

The machine, as mentioned, is available at our facilities and it can obviously also be subject to upgrades or specific modifications if that’s what you desire!
